U pay 5k each time u enter steel valley, it works exactly like love island. U dont need to go out of steel valley to complete the task, as far as what ive seen.</r>

Exactly, Dorothy is next to Neptuno, the NPC who gives you the quests. And a requirement for completing the quest is not to go out from the valley!</r>
