208006 ReSync and /ref do NOT help with anything like this.

 

The only time that those options help are when the location of your character in the client doesn't match with its location on the server.

 

Ah okay thanks for the heads up ^^ I just noticed that typing /ref usually seems to help if, for example, I'm trying to go through to the next route but the portal isn't loading for whatever reason. Good to know!
