273509 Talk to Mayor in the first house, then

get to Kalijodo Cave, beat the Aqua leader, find 8 stones (whatever)

1. is in the entrance room

2 are in the first floor

4 are in the water

2 are in the second floor

after finding the stones, proceed to magma area before the pokecenter

Also, note that the first post is for those helping Team Magma.

 

For those helping Team Aqua, after agreeing to help them, you go to Mt. Summer's summit to defeat Magma Grunt Leader, then when you go back down, help Team Aqua Grunt placing a Mythical Core on the right stone in one of the 5 chambers nearby. Once you do, walk back down until you get out, speak to Aqua Grunt again, then go to Kalijodo Cave to receive your reward from Aqua Grunt Leader. Then speak to Ahok for your final reward.
