Its develed just now but eveb in rain it didn't evolve is ita bug? i used pelliper for rain. Pls evolve it. Or contact me

Hi. I deleveled it again. As I told you before: You need to lvl it up on a map with rain in order to evolve it (not when it is raining in Battle). Amazon Forest on Dock Island often has Rain from my experience and be sure to have Weather Effects activated in your Options.
