I found xmas Eevee form last xmas event and it disappeared from my pc. I don’t remember deleting it and I don’t have the id number or screenshot. It was hidden ability and Careful nature. Is it possible to get it back?

Hey, I accidentally let my Sandslash go. It has the Dig ability—I don't know its ID, but it was level 46.

I dont have the id number but was mass deleting my magnemites and accidently deleted my 23+ 30 speed 27 spatt magnemite hp Psychic
