Only recently released Pokemon can be restored. There is a cooldown for them to be restored. You need to request a restore as soon as possible.

Thx but it wasn't that one it is either the ID:45315400 or the ID: 45623517, i deleted 3, what i know is that it had tick fat as an ability and 30 atk iv
