Wayward cave has a secret entrance under the bridge, did you look there? You can look on youtube for the location of that entrance. Because I'm already a sinnoh champion, I already talked to dawn and the teacher, and I watched the TV. However, the pokeballs with the Adamant Orb / Lustrous Orb does not appear.
