I don't have pokeballs at Eterna Forest/Eterna Forest Cave. Any ideas why?

And next question, these dex-entries are probably required to heatran, But do I have to fight them if I have their datas already in dex?

[mention]PreHax[/mention], It doesn't work. I talked to Rowan (he said something about my dex progress), then to Dawn (she asked how's my investigation going) and at the and I talked to TV which said noone find items yet. And there's still no pokeballs in Eterna

Okay, so there's few place where orbs may be. I Found Adamant Orb in Old Chateau 2F 5R
