I'm already sinnoh champ but i didn't found arceus on the Spear Pillar.

Does anyone knows why?

Not yet Prehax, i already have dialga and palkia data because they are/were pokemon from bosses, i will beat then to look arceus data.

Wayward cave has a secret entrance under the bridge, did you look there? You can look on youtube for the location of that entrance. You should also be able to see the sparkling of the entrance trough the bridge.

Is there any requirement to get palkia / dialga / arceus data? Because I'm already a sinnoh champion, I already talked to dawn and the teacher, and I watched the TV. However, the pokeballs with the Adamant Orb / Lustrous Orb does not appear.
