Start in Twinleaf Town Player House and talk to the TV after you beat the Sinnoh E4.

 

 

 

Teach one of your pokemon Rock Climb .

Location: Route 207

 

 

 

Use Rock Climb and proceed to go in the cave.

Location: Eterna Forest

 

 

 

Go through the caves and find the pokeballs.

Location: Eterna Forest/ Eterna Forest Cave/Old Chateau

Get the "sparkling object" aka Adamant Orb

 

 

 

Get the second "sparkling object" aka Lustrous Orb

Location: Wayward Cave/Wayward Secret Cave

Go to Eterna City and talk to the Dialga statue / Go to Floaroma Town and talk to the Palkia statue.

I'm Sinnoh Champion but when i click on the TV this occurs..

You might have to talk to the Prof in the lab first.
