I vote no just because i like the recatch idea more, and if recatch is possible limit it to once a week(for a legendary) so people can not spam it ridiciously amount of times than others just because they can spend more time in pvp

We should also do something about latias/latios, coz some people may wanted one of them, but being forced to trade for the other one coz bad ivs and/or bad nature.
