Then probably you don't need to look for better IVs on your legends.

I still feel like the IV reroll can be used through different means. IE a boss drop and that certain item unlocks the IV reroll. But regardless, this is still a brilliant idea. PvP coins has been kind of redundant as of late.

Then if you are one, you will have to PvP , exactly like people who doesnt like to hunt/trade but who have to do it to grab moneys or new pokes for their pvp teams. All in all its the same for both side.

if u want fix legendaries then be fair not only ivs are bad some have bad nature. so if u want add sth add both or none ty
