Groudon does have Thunder Punch anymore. So u can't use Seaking to sweep when face it.

Kyogre still have Thunder

hi about the elm boss, i wiped his team with conkel setup on corsola since it just spam mirror coat

For Forretress, in place of spikes can we use toxic spikes, coz in that in way it will also dent the flying types????
