That's exactly why I said it doesn't make any sense - why would our Pokemon lose happiness after helping us?

 

 

 

 

The only approach that's more likely to happen would be to turn Fly into something like the Subway, in that it requires some kind of map/flying machine that takes our pokedollars each time we use Fly.

 

I'm not saying it will happen, but it's still a bigger chance than simply losing happiness, which is much easier to regain.
