I have tried to reinstall and this is on multiple devices and like I said silver works just fine not the gold server. We use a laptop and two cell phones. I have let it sit for 45 mins trying to connect.

If you don't have it you have to delete your current folder and re-download here. You can also use windows storage cleaner, or clean cache in android version. You can also use windows storage cleaner, There could be many factors that interfere with logging in. Sometimes it take 2-3min to log in, so you have to wait a bit to connect.
