Hello there @Gralak21 Your Keldeo has been restored. The Nikola boss has been removed in a recent update. In order to edit the IVs of your Legendary Pokemon, you can use IV Rerolls and their many variants, like IV lock or IV shuffle tickets. As a lot of your other points were simply opinions, I won't be addressing them.
