I have tried to reinstall and this is on multiple devices and like I said silver works just fine not the gold server. We use a laptop and two cell phones. I have let it sit for 45 mins trying to connect.

You can also use windows storage cleaner, There could be many factors that interfere with logging in. Sometimes it take 2-3min to log in, so you have to wait a bit to connect.
