You'll need to lower its happiness and then raise it back to the maximum during the in-game daytime, within the time window I mentioned earlier. My sincerest apologies once again. Kind regards. If you're asking because you want to obtain Gardevoir's Mega Stone, please note that it can be purchased with Wally for 100 PvP Coins or 200 PvE Coins, once you have completed the Galladite quest. that Screen shot isn't large enough but in game time was 6:55 when this screenshot was taken. After trying to do it day and having it not work.. I first achieved 255 happiness during the day at level 17, did researched figured out I needed to do it in the morning or day. So as you've instructed like other to feint and re level up bedews happiness at the correct time tried it in the day twice and no Roselia, so I tried in the morning twice and still no Roselia. I then tried feinting logging off login back in and achieving 255 happiness, still no Roselia

I got him to 255 happiness during morning and day on 4 separate occasions ive tired everything

Hello! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. For Budew to evolve, it must reach 255 happiness during the in-game morning, which is from 04:00 AM to 09:59 AM (game time). If Budew is already at full happiness and you use a Rare Candy, it will not evolve (even in morning time). Its happiness must actually reach 255 within the required time window. To resolve this, you'll need to lower Budew's happiness slightly, then raise it back to 255 during the in-game morning. A way to do this is to let Budew faint in a battle against a wild Pokémon or an NPC, then increase its happiness again using berries or by defeating a few wild Pokémon until it reaches maximum happiness.
