Good day @Zeytal I apologize for the delay. You are correct in that access to the Genesect area is bestowed upon those that submit a 140+ IV Pokemon. To access this area, you need to go into the room at the top right of the Bug Catching Contest Hall. Be sure to bring a whatever you need to catch Genesect before entering. If you are unable to enter this room, please take a screenshot of the dialogue you receive and share it with me.
