Hello! I'm a new player and trying to log into the game on PC. I enter my username and password, then double-click the link, and pass the captcha to receive the email. However, the email isn't arriving. I've checked all my email folders and am 100% sure it's my email. The email still isn't going through. Please help.

Your mount isn't deleted—just open your inventory and drag it back to your hotbar.

Thank you very much. The Problem was infront of the game, not the game. I didn't know pokemon could hold mounts haha :)

Hey @Codyful , As of November 14th 2024 that is not true anymore and it does not matter if you are lucky or not. It was changed to as long as you can find a legendary on Birth Island, you will find one guaranteed instead of having a chance to find a pseudo-legendary. However, the reason could be that they don't meet the requirements anymore. For example some time ago due to another bug, some Pokedex entries were removed and never restored back. Hey @Sandwichkatze , Do you have all non-legendary caught data for Johto (Generation 2)? If so, could you please provide screenshot of those Pokedex entries? Also are you Johto Champion? Hello @Ilamix ! Apologies for the issue you are experiencing. From what I see from our database, you made a mistake and made your Farfetch holding your Arcanine Mount! To be able to get it, you will have to open the Pokemon card of your Farfetch and remove the Arcanine Mount! Hope it clears your issue! Very Respectfully, Zarachi

I thought my Arcanine Mount was a Pokemon (I am new) and i dragged it out into the team slots on the top left, or in a chat with a friend, and it disappeard... Please help ;/
