Psychic Marina will offer to restore the IVs from the 3 previous attempts for $50,000, as she mentions when you talk with her. However, she does not reroll beyond those 3 previous attempts. On the bright side, because Legendries can be be rerolled, you can still continue trying to improve the IVs on your Zapdos.
