Hello @Manhdz56, After installing the program on the three computers, there are still a couple of steps required to complete the Teleporter Quest. Once all three uploads are successful, you should encounter Courtney at one of the Transmat Stations. You will need to defeat her there. After that, make sure to return to Wattson and speak with him again to complete the quest and unlock the teleporter.
