Good day @Ultraradiant I apologize for any issues this may have occurred and we are currently looking into it. In the meantime, do remember that the pickaxe is a tool that replaces the move Rock Smash. To keep from being unable to progress, you can use a Pokemon with the move Rock Smash for anything that would otherwise need the Pickaxe. @Kimbonairod As mentioned: I know there's already a possible speedrun server on the dev to-do list, which would be ideal for story runs and other challenges that currently can't be repeated without creating fresh accounts/breaking the four-account limit. In the meantime though, there are still other possibilities. Full boss runs, for example, or other challenges we could establish categories and rules for. I'm sure the community could come up with some ideas.

How to do a story speedrun when we can't create more than 4 accounts ?

+1 unless we can get a server merge soon. PvP waiting-times can take way too long to match.

+1 the travel system needs to simplified for new players... I know, I know: "but this is an MMORPG game. Players can walk and use dig through tunnels." Well, guess what : this game needs more players, and we continuously see new players complain about travelling. Idk what the solution is, but maybe the game should supply new players with 25 escapes ropes before entering Mt Moon or something like that. Or atleast add NPC's near entrances/exits of caves, who sell cheap escape ropes to players. New players will get lost in these caves and give up playing altogether. Or maybe, give them access to the transportation systems until they receive x amount of badges (depending on region). Lock fast-travel to all pokecenters that the new player has not entered yet. I am not so favorable of this option, but I am just throwing ideas out there. The game needs to make travel easier for new players.

those are not supportful, of this can you provide a reason? What are the pros of downloading the client 5-10 times each year?
