Hello. @Gammacactus Unfortunately, the answer to your question is yes, you have lost the reroll ticket. To receive it as a reward, you must defeat Kyurem all three times and if you crashed during one of these fights, it will count as a loss. Sadly, we cannot do anything in regards to this. This is because there is no way for us to verify that 1) the crash was not on your end or that 2) you would have successfully beaten Kyurem. We understand the servers are experiencing some issues and we do apologize for that. In times like these, we recommend avoiding doing activities that could be ruined by a crash, such as bosses or PvP. There are still several ways of obtaining reroll tickets, such as Solaceon Daily (possible 7th day reward), PvP Chests, exchanging Reroll Shards for a ticket, purchasing them from PvP or PvE shops, and a few other methods. I'm sure you were hoping for a more positive response, but there is nothing we can do for your situation.

i was fighting the boss that steals zapdos and moltres when i was transported to lilycove because i forgot to stop at shamouti PC and when i tried to return it says in my PokeDex i no longer own a exeggutor even though its in my party and can no longer return to the island for the legendary bird quest?
