Hello, Please go to Vermilion City and try to board the SS Anne after talking to Lt. Surge. Like hahahaka explained, some quest items are not visible in the inventory but that doesn't mean you don't have them. Please let me know if you manage to successfully board the SS Anne, Have a nice day!

Hello, Please try what Voldis4 said. You can also try to reinstall the game in case it does not work. Make sure to remove all previous PRO files prior to re-downloading, including temp files and anything in the Recycle Bin. If re-installing does not work, please try to force it to run with DirectX11. You can do this by right-clicking on your PRO shortcut, click on Properties, then type -force-d3d11 in Target. It should look like this: Also, make sure to add PRO to your Firewall exceptions and make sure your antivirus is not blocking it. You might want to disable your Firewall and antivirus while downloading and extracting, just in case. Please let me know if any of this works for you, Have a nice day!

Hey there gam3rartz! I feel like I owe you a small explanation to the amount of frustration you've had to endure whilst playing our game. It's sad for me to see that it has not been the most pleasurable experience for you lately, but everything we create content-wise has to have it's requirements. This for instance was to not overcrowd the launching period of the Sinnoh region. We hope you understand this and still have the motivation to explore and play the game eventhough you've hit a rough patch! Good luck and have fun!

Hi Goriak, The easiest way to obtain a Dragon Scale would be to simply buy one off another player through Trade chat, or to purchase them with PvP Coins, as it only takes five wins. The second method would be to obtain them from wild Pokemon. Dragon scales do have a chance of being held by certain wild Pokemon species, however, this only applies to certain maps. I regret to inform you that Horsea in Vermilion City do not hold Dragon Scales. If you use the Reborn Bot in the official PRO Discord, you can use the following command: ^item dragon scale With this command, you will be given a list of all the locations wild Horsea and Seadra may possibly hold the item at. The closest spawns in which Horsea can possibly hold a Dragon Scale would be Fuchsia City, Route 17, Route 19, and Route 26. I must add, by using a Pokemon with the move Covet or Thief, you are able to 'steal' a wild Pokemon's item without having to capture them. This will save you a lot of balls in the process. I would highly recommend using a Pokemon with the ability Frisk, and teaching it either Covet or Thief. (Some common Pokemon that accomplish this are Sentret and Wigglytuff). With the ability Frisk, your Pokemon will be able to see what type of item the enemy Pokemon is holding, which allows you to detect if the opposing Pokemon is holding a Dragon Scales. If the enemy Pokemon does hold an item, a battle message will appear telling you the name of the item. Hey there Goldies, and thanks for sharing your concerns regarding the game. However, the thing you're reporting isn't classified as a bug, we just have map edges that display as a dark, empty area. This just restricts the player-zone and the map file entirely. It is not a bug. I hope this answers your concern. Have a good day!

Hello there Joaker. I have been notified of this error happening for a bunch of players. If you have followed the steps regarding your own windows version and have re-downloaded the game, I don't see a direct solution for you to follow. It might be because of Unity dropping support of directx9, as it is now on dx11. This makes it so that your gfx card might not be able to run the client for now. I recommend using a different system to play on, and send your prayers when the new client releases. I hope I helped clarify the situation for you. Best regards

This is a known game mechanic. It is like this to make the course of the quest go faster, as you don't have to acces the map anymore after that. It gets you from the top back to the starting floor faster.

Hey there PabloMB. I have looked at your video, and know what the reason is. You may have picked up the TM that is located there before the map got a small update. This is why it registers for you as if the item is still there, but you can't interact nor walk across the location of it. I have changed the location a little, if the problem now still occurs for you let me know. Thanks for reporting!
