Hello PRO Community, hope yall are doing good :) After the merge took place we decided to start a new short season which will last up to May 1st. Please note that this will be only for this season, all other seasons will be normal. With this, all the PvP changes namely Blaziken and Dugtrio (Arena Trap) Bans will take effect from now and any use of said Pokemon in Ranked Ladder will be punished accordingly. when i go to account i see under silver (merge is required) a small window tells me to put my username and password but as i enter it and click on log in it spawns again and again

Hey there I am trying to merge my accounts but when i beat [Merge is required] it say authentication required. I add the ussername and password and nothing happend. What i can do?

With the merge between the Red Server and the Blue Server coming sometime next week, with a tentative possibility of it happening this upcoming weekend. We made this post to inform you of everything you need to know about the merge. This post will be updated with more information over time as well. You can choose to merge both accounts, or keep them, as shown below on this screenshot. Do note, if you decide to merge, then the story progress on one account will be deleted, but you get to keep all Pokemon, items, etc. [spoiler=How things will look] Now if you select option 1 you can do this in the screenshot below: That being said, here is a FAQ to help answer your questions and concerns about the merge. (Do note that more information will be added over time.): Q: What is the ETA? A: Looks like this upcoming weekend. Progress is 100% done and just needs to be tested. It takes less than a second to merge an account. Q: What happens if my Pokemon and Items are over the limit allowed and I don't want to make a new account and merge everything into one? A: Items will cap at 999, the rest will be cut. And as for Pokemon, you will be forced to keep both accounts if the combined total is over the 1000 Pokemon limit. Q: I want to be able to choose which progress I use! How do I do it? A: Just as shown in the screenshot above, you will be able to select your progress from the server that you want. Q: I have legendaries on both servers. What will happen to them? A: If you have the same species of legendaries on both accounts, you'll have the option to keep both accounts, or to choose one of the two to keep. Q: What about my playtime? A: Playtime will be merged. Q: There is a guild on with the same name as mine on the other server! What will happen to my guild? A: All Guilds will be deleted and leaders will get reimbursed 400k. This is to prevent any collisions that may occur. Important: Guilds have one week to recreate their guilds if they have a guild post that's older than a week. Q: What about the pvp season?!?!? A: The new pvp season will not start until the merge is complete. Q: What will the new server name be? A: Gold and Silver! Q: What about the current event?! A: Will be extended based off of how long things take and when the merge drops. Q: Does it take long to merge? A: Absolutely not. It's easy and quickly done. Q: I play PRO on my phone, can I do the merge with it? A: Yes, the website is phone compatible. Q: My account is banned, can I still merge it? A: You can't. If you are only banned on one server then you can keep both accounts, but you have to rename the account that's not banned. Important: If you are currently appealing then it might be better to wait for the final outcome and decide afterwards. Q: What happens to my mails? A: They will be merged. The sender will be changed to Eaty, but the original sender will be added to the title. Q: I need a list of all my guildies, is this possible? A: Yes, you will automatically get mails with a list of all your old guildies. Q: Do I lose something with the merge? A: Pretty much everything will be merged except the clothes you wear. The clothes you wear on the server you didn't choose as main server will be deleted. To prevent this you should take them off before you merge your account! Q: Not related to the merge, but when does Eaty recover my legendary? A: Good question and related to the merge! Legendaries won't be recovered anymore. If you want your legendary back you can do this: Choose the server you didn't catch it yet as main server. Merge your accounts. Fulfill the requirements for the legendary. Catch it again! If you deleted your legendary recently then they can still be recovered. How to merge: Step 1: Login in your dashboard and click on Merge is required! Step 2: Done!

This "Idea" will talk about some things that can be worked inside the game for a better gameplay and end game experience. Is true that, sometimes players that are ingame end experience, with almost every objective done , most of them quit or create a new account, well theres some solutions on this thread about that topic. I will start to talk how this "idea" appeared, about at the beginning of my experience of this game , this game have a lot to offer and have a great potential to have more and more to offer, so i did a call with my friends that played with me pokémon in my childhood and they started to talk the old times, with time i talked about this game , that I'm playing now and with my suprise they started to give me suggestions to increase the experience without even playing (yeah it's true XD). So when i realized i started to write this post. I will talk about: Possible Minigames. Possible Pve coins usages. Possible gains for pro. Ideas From Other players (very interesting, thanks guys.) So, let me introduce some ideas and some helpful things that i think this game needs or help in other ways: Minigames Can be added a island / Map (i will call this Map) . This "Map" can have requirements to enter. Inside of it , you can have a lot of buildings, that buildings will lead to a specific minigame content and one of the building is a exchanger from the minigames points. When win that minigame will receive a currency/item that allows to exchange for anything that is only exclusive on that area, i will call that currency in this post "PVE COINS"-this can be pve coins. Pve coins can be used to exchange for: Exclusive items Exclusive cloths Keys/Item that allows unlocking others Buildings in that "Map". Possibility to exchange Pokemon's that only can be found on the "MAP". Unlock path/other minigames, grass.(Better explanation at PVE coin Exchange/Unlock Others Minigames) Requirements to go to that "map": Hours Sinnoh Champion Requirements to Start a minigame: x$ per try. (Like battle tower system entrance / Coldown also needed). -> guard will not allow to pass if is there a cooldown yet. This up here, already write will make this game more interactive and popular, so i will present only a few of my minigames. Pokémon Battle Ramble Pokémon Surviving Pyramid -A Wild Pokémon by using a trapping move (including binding moves). -Random Trainers that wondering around.(Wild Pokemon cannot be caught that's why i added pokeball in rules.) In the "end" of each Floor there is a npc , that npc will ask with dialog if the player wants to leave or continue. -if player choose continue: [spoiler=Continue Consequence] -A Warning appears before player makes the decision , that warning says:"If you get defeated you will lose the reward from all the floors progress do you wish to continue?" -Will not receive a pve coin!- With a message in chat saying: "you decided to continue and the "Npc" did not give you a reward yet." -Every time you enter in a new upper floor the difficulty will increase with lvl or types changing. -If PLayer Choose Leave: [spoiler=Leave Consequence] -Will receive a pve coin!- With a message in chat saying: "you decided to Leave and the "Npc" gave you "x" pve coin(s)." -Player Leave the Minigame Puzzle and appears at the starting zone. -Exept the Last floor NPC: that will give the max tickets from that minigame and make the player teleport to start, and may give a bonus or not. [bonus that can be added] [Example:Reward System] Like i said before , every Npc will ask player if he wish to continue or not.(Objective align) Example of Rewards: 1st floor - no reward to 1 Pve coin. 2nd floor- no reward to 2 Pve coin. 3rd floor- 1 token to 2 Pve coins. 4st floor- 2 Pve coin 5st floor- 2-3 Pve coins+(%1 bonus reward) 6st floor- 3 Pve coins +(%15 bonus reward) 7st floor- 5 Pve coins +(%18 bonus reward) Important Notes: -This minigame can have a low cooldown to enter again because is the own risk and player also can exit without any reward. Don't apologize! You're doing what you can. ^^ On the new client update I received the 'unable to login' notification, on first trying to login when I got up. Upon further investigation I saw that I needed to merge, which I didn't realize I needed to do, and moved to the dash board to do so. There I'm able to reach the login screen of my account, but I'm unable to go any further due to being unable to login from the 'wrong information', as well. ^^ So I can get to the dashboard, yes, but I'm unable to go past the login screen.

Same problem with me.

I have a problem trying merge my accounts, can't autentic my user. I put my dates correctly, i have been able to log in normally to the profile.

Make also sure you have the newsest version of PRO, you can download the newest right here. Also keep in mind that you need to merge your account in case you played on Blue or Red. This is happening to me also, hopefully they will probably have it fixed in 30 minutes

The merge feature is currently down on the website for some time. Please be sure that the staff is doing its maximum to shorten your waiting time :) Once it'll be back online, you should be able to have it all back and proceed to merge and connection.

Hello ! Please be patient while the servers are merging to create the Silver Server. This may occasion some bugs and that's for avoiding you having troubles like rollback, shiny loss or account loss that the servers may be unavailable. Also, please be patient, the staff has a lot to do and nobody can everytime say you the same thing. By searching a little more informations by example on the official discord server, you should have answered yourself to your questions. Sometimes, only patience is the good answer to a question :) Also please next time use english on forum so everybody can understand you :D

When i go to make the merge and i must log in, the merge refuse my password. Why?

SAME issue, Screen shots from other players perfectly describe what i'm going through, I even changed my password to be sure i wasnt the idiot.

All information and how to merge at all, please take a look at our merge FAQ. When you cant merge yet, try it again in 10 minutes. I love the idea. and it's fair enough, I dont mind getting an unusable pokemon at the moment as long as I have secured it as my own. not only does the current mechanic hurts the trading, but also the hunting experience as well. from experience, after finishing hoenn, I discouraged myself to hunt more in that new region because im thinking a good pokemon will be able to sell easily if its from the previous two regions.

Hey @volkyrion12, you have no access to the server rigth now because, like you already mentioned, they are locked. They are locked because there are still some preperations to make to finish the serevr merge. Please stay patient, it shouldt take much time, try to login from time to time and if you have Discord, check out the Announcement channel in our official Discord server for any new information. Yes it is.The red and blue servers are merging.Just keep an eye on the forum for when the new server will be online.

Lo que pasa es que el juego está en mantenimiento durante todo el día por eso se a caído mucho y no tenemos idea cuando volverá a ponerse normal we. Así que vamos a tener que esperar a ver que pasa, puedes saber mas o menos cuando el juego esta funcionando en la pagina principal cuando dice "online" esta abierto y cuando dice "offline" no lo está. :Grin:
