Hello there @Escudo777 I can confirm that this is simply a case of bad luck. Finding a rare event form is entirely based on RNG and at times, it can seem like a lot of work for no reward. I have spent a lot of time during the Summer and Halloween events farming Gible on the Moon using the repel trick, so I understand how difficult it can be.
