I'd love to see titles introduced to PRO, which players can earn by achieving specific milestones. This would give players extra motivation and a sense of purpose for many in-game activities. For example, titles could be earned from: Completing all regions Pokedex Reaching certain PvP ratings (Like 400, 500, or 600) in both random and normal ranked. Achieving PvP win streaks (such as 10, 25, or 50 consecutive wins) PvP Ladder streaks (3, 5, or 10 consecutive ladder seasons) Farming Excavation points. Winning Pve events (like Multiplayer Bcc or Fcc). Earning Money Collecting shinies or rare form. Hunting Rare forms or shinies. Exclusive Titles for Streamers or Staff Dungeons Playtime Players could equip one title at a time, which would be displayed next to their name in chat. Additionally, they could pin up to four titles on their profile for others to see. This feature would make many existing things of the game like dungeons, excavations, Pokedex, Playtime, Shiny hunting and PvP more rewarding and meaningful. With good visual designs and creativity, titles would add a strong sense of accomplishment and individuality to Pro. What are your thoughts on this? Feel free to drop your opinions!2 points

Staff Reward Policy Apprentice Promotion Apprentices will be rewarded with 1 Coin Capsule upon passing their apprenticeship, being promoted to full Staff and reached at least one month of Standard Activity. Monthly Reward Staff Credits Based on activity, each staff member will receive Staff Credits, with the Standard being 400 Staff Credits. Pokemon Reward [6 Month Activity] After 6 months of activity and after every following 6 months of activity (12, 18, 24, 30, etc.), a staff member may claim a Pokemon Reward with the following: ✦ CONDITIONS: Pokemon from Gen1-6 can be requested even if normal players can not obtain them (Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, etc.). Pokemon from Gen7+ can only be requested if normal players can obtain them (e.g. Jangmo-o is allowed but Tapu Koko is not allowed). No Ultra Beasts. Can be non-shiny, shiny, form (x-mas, clone, etc.), shadow (if obtainable by normal players). No Mega, Primal, Mecha, XD001 or Zygarde-100% (or similar special forms, if you are unsure feel free to ask). No shiny forms (e.g. Shiny HW Pikachu, Shiny HW Bulbasaur, Shiny Forms from Contest Rewards). The Pokemon will be handed exactly as you generate it on the Staff Shop, including Level, IVs, EVs, Nature, Ability, Happiness, Gender, Form and Hidden Power (adjusts the IVs accordingly). The moveset will be the last four moves of the Pokemons learnset according to its level. Staff-spawned Pokemon may not be used in PvP battles for the first 15 days after they become obtainable by normal players. No Chromas ✦ CLAUSES: You may not own more than one additional legendary Staff-Pokemon than non-legendary Staff-Pokemon. For example, if you currently have 2 legendary and 1 non-legendary Staff-Pokemon, your next Staff-Pokemon must be non-legendary. Maximum of 2 Staff-Reward Pokemon are allowed in Ranked PvP battles. Pokemon which are unobtainable by normal players are not allowed in Ranked PvP battles. If a staff member decides to give away an account with a Staff-Reward Pokemon, the Pokemon will be permanently removed. If you are found abusing your staff rank in any form, it may be decided for your Staff-Reward Pokemon to also be removed from your account - purely dependent on the severity of the abuse. Nature, Ability, Form, Staff-Reward Pokemon change [8 Month Activity] After 8 months of activity and after every following 8 months of activity (16, 24, 32, 40, etc.), a staff member may claim a Nature, Ability or Form change on one of their Pokemon or entirely replace a 6th-month Staff-Reward Pokemon with another Pokemon (8 months cooldown and only possible for current staffs, not former staffs). Must be OT. You may apply the Reward on a Pokemon you caught and traded from your alternate account to your main account Alternative accounts of staff may receive 8th-month Rewards but the Pokemon will remain untradeable on that alternate account. Form change can only be applied on 6-month Staff-Reward Pokemon. The Pokemon will become untradeable, including between your own accounts. Cosmetic Reward After 4 months of activity, staff receive the Staff Clothes that match their role and Former Staff Clothes. When leaving the staff team only the Former Staff Clothes will be kept. Separately from that, every 9 months of activity, staffs can pick one of the by staffs voted untradeable cosmetics or mounts as a reward. Cosmetic sets count as one item. Extra Information LENDING POKEMON FROM NPC You are able to rent Pokemon from the Staff Shop for 10 ST + 5 ST for each day until season end. The price consists of an initial cost and a daily cost, if you rent for 7 or more days, you get a 25% discount on the daily costs. If you return a rent Pokemon earlier, you receive ST back amounting 5 ST x days left until season end. You may rent 3 Pokemon at the same time. Renting a Pokemon with a form costs 5 ST extra Renting a shiny Pokemon costs 5 ST extra Can be used in Boss-Battles and PvP. We will also add some sets for boss battles. The Pokemon you can lend will rotate monthly. This list is the same for each staff member (to keep it fair). The list consists of 15 Pokemon. A staff member can re-roll that list for 5 ST to get a new individual random list. IVs will be 31 for the stats where it is crucial, between 27 and 31 for defensive stats for tanks, and between 18-25 for all other stats. The Pokemon will be EV-trained. These stats cannot be edited by an NPC. Moves will be predefined, and any changes must be paid for by the player. OT will be Rental Service.

As a not so active player, I heavily rely on discord to get notified when usually uncatchable pokemons are catchable for a limited time (I'm thinking about ursaluna bloodmoon recently but it's also true for bb greninja, ...). I know it is announced sometime (outbreaks, ultra-beast, larvesta's form) but I would like for every kind of limited time spawn to be announced so we don't have to rely on other players telling us. I (and I'm probably not alone) missed a lot of limited time spawn not because I could not hunt at that time, but simply because I had no idea we could hunt those.1 point

Hey everyone, there will be no official issue this week. Most of the team is hunting for Halloween forms, participating in certain events, and i'm personally occupied with the new Legends ZA. We're using this week as sort of an official break and opportunity for me to openly recruit people. I've had this idea of creating a news media in PRO for a while, it's been on my mind for at least 2 years now, however there were other things I had my priorities focused on. I also needed a team I could rely on, and I couldn't achieve that for reasons in those 2 years. Currently, everyone on the team are all volunteers, yet they all have the option to be credited in any way they'd like, be it advertising an auction they're hosting or a simple mention in the credits section. All members of Rare Candy Media were asked personally by me to join the team, and all of them willingly joined. Additionally, I made sure everyone knows that their role is not mandatory. Helping with weekly articles only and if they are willing and have time to. All members can leave anytime they feel like. Here's some information for the team roles we have. Marketing and Advertising We have 3 members for this team at this moment. The main role of the marketing and advertising team is to advertise our weekly news articles and spread word of the articles to as many people as possible. The wider range of people, the better. Advertising includes mentioning it in chat, sharing the thread's link, talking about it, etc. Journalists We have 2 members that are journalists, or reporters. Journalists are responsible for gathering news and information, writing the news articles, manage interviews, scouting chats, weekly. Right now, this is the team I would like to heavily expand on, since their are multiple sub-roles within the main journalist role, mainly interviewers, and reporters (Information gatherers). Sub-editors We have 5 members who are sub-editors right now. Sub-editors help proofread article drafts, fact check, check grammar, and give constructive feedback to our artists and journalists. They ensure the articles have maintained quality each week and are the last line of defense for errors. Artists We have 1 member that's an artist at the moment. Artists help in creating concept art for the articles and help edit the article itself. This is the 2nd team I would like to expand on more. I understand that this role may require more time and effort to be put in compared to the rest, but it should be an opportunity for aspiring artists to share their work or just practice. Translators We have 6 translators on the team. 2 for Spanish, 1 for Portuguese, 1 for Hindi, 2 for French. They are tasked to translate each article weekly. That's pretty much it, simple but very appreciated, as the goal is to help Rare Candy Media reach a wide audience. Scrapped team roles Potential team roles (Roles that i've been thinking of adding) We try to release articles every Friday 11am-noon EST, however sometimes we run into slight issues and have to delay the release by a few hours. Our process usually consists of me scouting for information or drama (The juicier the better, let me in on the tea!), keeping an eye out on Discord and in-game chats, forum posts, announcements to report on. Then I share the information and the journalists write about it. I request some nice looking art from our artists, and have them edit the article, we send the drafts to our sub-editors to proofread. Finally we send this proofread version to our translators to be translated. Finalized articles are ready to be released by then. I create a forum post, post the article in it, and also archive the article on our Discord server. Finally, we have the marketing team share it. I want this to grow and i'm excited for it, it's been my passion project in PRO (I also got other things i'm working on but let's keep that a secret for now).
