  3. Hello, Have you tried talking to the guard? in Valley of Steel you can't simply walk out like in other areas, you need to speak with the guard standing next to the exit. Keep in mind that you will have to pay 5.000 pokedollars if you wish to enter Valley of Steel again. Please try this and let me know if you managed to exit the area, Have a nice day :Angel:

  6. Have you tried updating your DirectX? Yep, used dxdiag and there isn't a problem. Am using DirectX11. Are you trying to run PRO as administrator? If yes and it still doesn't work, please try downloading the 32 bit client. Remember to delete all PRO files, including the temporary files and if you have anything in the Recycle Bin before downloading the client.

  8. Hello, First of all, that fix does not work anymore and i apologize for the inconvenience. What you need to do now is make sure that you have the latest version of DirectX11 and it should work. You can also try the old fix but type -force-d3d11 instead of 9 but that should not be necessary.   12. Hello, Did you make sure that your connection is not having any problems? This might be an issue on your end, the latest version should not cause any problems like what you are describing. If not, you can try these steps, depending on which OS you are using: There will soon be an optional client available for download which will fix a different issue, you can try downloading it when it gets released but the game shouldnt run more slowly on this one either. Make sure your device is meeting the requirements to play PRO, you can find them HERE. Please let me know if you manage to fix your issue, Have a nice day :Angel:

  16. There seems to be a resolution issue going on and that is what is most likely causing lag for all of you. Soon there will be a new, optional client that will fix this, please be patient in the meanwhile and keep an eye on Announcements and Official PRO discord.
