  1. Hello, Sorry to hear about your problems. You can try something else: - Try forcing the game to run in DirectX9 mode. How you can do that is explained here: https://tinyurl.com/PROwin10fix - See if your antivirus or firewall are blocking the game and add exceptions if necessary - Make sure you downloaded the right version of the client - Try unzipping the file using a different extraction software - If you want to re-download, make sure you delete all previous PRO files, including temp files and anything from the Recycle Bin Please let me know if this works for you, Have a nice day and Happy Holidays :Smile:

  9. Hello, As Hahahaka already stated(Thanks!), the password you got is for the back door of the warehouse. You need to go there and after fighting through some grunts you will find a trash bin where the password for the front door is. If you have any further problems with progressing in the story you can check this amazing Sinnoh Walkthrough made by Arielgg.   10. Hello, As Grandwarden already said, they are symbols to help you track which threads you already replied in. If you haven't replied and haven't read the topic yet, the Pokeball will be Red. If you replied in that topic you will see a small icon of a boy on the Pokeball. If you already read the topic the Pokeball will be greyed out.   11. Hello, In order to evolve your Feebas to Milotic you need to give it a Prism Scale to hold, then trade it. You can find a Prism Scale by digging and smashing crystals on Love Island.   13. Hello, Please make sure your device meets the requirements listed here - Can you see your inventory? Try using escape rope if you have any and come back to see if it will happen again. - If your screen is completely black and you can't see your team or your inventory, please try exiting the client and see if it happens again. - If anything above doesn't work, try deleting all of your PRO files including temporary files and everything from the Recycle Bin, redownload and reinstall the client. You can also try extracting your PRO client by using some other extraction software instead of Winrar. - It is possible that some of the files are corrupted, try repairing the .zip file before extracting - Make sure you download the appropriate client version for your device! Not just relog, exit the client completely - Wait a few minutes and see if your map will load - Make sure your internet connection is stable - See if your antivirus/firewall is blocking PRO and PRO to your exceptions - Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date - If nothing else works, try removing the game completely from your device and re-download If you still have issues after all that, please let me know here.     Hello, I am glad to inform you that those who missed their chance to catch Regice for whatever reason now have another shot! Simply speak to the new NPC Shamac Claus: And you will be able to fight Regice again. Unfortunately, if you caught your Regice and released it Shamac Claus won't work.   21. Hello, Have you tried the following: - Are you trying to launch the game by clicking on the rar file like this one? You need to Extract the RAR file into a separate folder then launch the PRO Application in order to start the game. When you extract the .rar file it should look like this: - Which extraction software are you using? If Winrar doesn't work for you, you can try 7zip or any other extraction software - Have you deleted all previous versions of PRO from your device and only have the latest client? - If you extracted the file and it still doesn't want to launch, try adding the PRO.exe file to your firewall/antivirus exceptions Please follow these steps, if you still have issues afterwards let me know and i will do what i can to help you :Smile: Have a nice day an Happy Holidays :Angel: I got it to work, thanks! But now many textures are missing, and some of them are essentials. I was stuck for ages in Pewter city cause of the stairs on Route 3 being turned into mountain instead of stairs. Is this a known issue? Hey, I'm glad it worked! For the missing textures, - Try removing all PRO files you have from your device and redownload the client. Make sure you download the appropriate version for your device, for example if you are using 64-bit WIndows you need to download the 64-bit client - Make sure your device meets the requirements to run PRO - Which OS are you using? Depending on your OS we might more easily solve your problem - Update your graphics card drivers If you still have issues after all that, please take some screenshots of the missing textures and post them here, we'll see what we can do then :Smile: Good luck!

  23. Hello, What you got in your present is a Black medallion, not Membership medallion. Black Medallion increases your chance of encountering a hidden ability Pokemon by 20% for 72 hours. It does not provide you with access to Membership areas like Sevii Islands or access to Membership only spawns. You can see it in the upper left corner of your screen; If you had Membership active there would be a small star icon there. You only have a Black Medallion icon, which increases hidden ability chance as i said previously.
