  4. Hey KiTKaTz, I'm sorry for this inconvenience and this late reply. I just tried to teach my Ratatta Ice Beam and it just worked fine. Maybe you tried to teach Ice Beam while Rattata had a level up? In this case a problem could have been occurred. Please try to restart the client and do it again. Let me know the result in case you still want to reach that move to your Rattata. :) Regards Xylos
  5. Hey hashi2000, I'm sorry for this inconvenience. This looks more like a connection problem than a actual problem of the client or server. Can you login at all or do you always get this message without being able to login? Please make sure to have a good and consistent internet connection while playing PRO.   6. Hey tha01379, I'm sorry for this inconvenience. It seems the move Counter is not working properly. Indeed, that shouldn't have happened. I have added the move to the List of broken moves and abilities in PRO, a list where all known not or not fully working moves and abilities are noted. I can't really tell you when this move will be fixed, since it is a minor bug, It won't happen anytime soon. However, you can still take a look at our Update Logs to be up to date regarding all changes and fixes. :) Thank you for reporting this bug! :) Regards Xylos

  9. Hey Darkpandaa, I'm sorry for this inconvenience. I just tested it with my Aegislash and it just worked fine. Can you try to re-install the game in case this bug still appears for you?   10. Hey RAD123, I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Rotom should be available but is, like you said, not obtainable through the rock. This is a bug and I have forwarded it.   13. Hey Malisith, I'm sorry for this inconvenience and this late reply. Crashes can happen any time and unfortunately we can not refund any lost Pokémon, items or game progress. Our Dev team is always working on the game also to avoid crashes as much as possible. From time to time the server crashes more frequently, we apologize for that. Once you caught a Pokémon, you can re-log in order to force save the Pokémon. In case the server should crash, a rollback wouldn't affect your Pokémon. I hope that can help a bit in future.   14. Hey nave420, Im sorry for this inconvenience. The back sprite of this Pokémon is unfortunately missing in our current client, it is not directly a bug as its non existing. You can't really do anything against it. :/ We will try to fix that with the next client. A date for the next client is not know, we do not have any ETA for that. Anyway, thanks for the report!   17. Hey LOKESH17, thanks for this suggestion. Im currently not aware of any plans to add PvE coins in one of your mentioned ways (Digging, excavations etc.). It is also not planned to have PvE coins as reward for bosses, but you can suggest that in the Boss Revamp Thread. New ways to earn PvE coins will probably follow in future but not anytime soon. However, it is currently easier to earn PvE coins than PvP coins. Cloaks obtainable for PvE coins are still supposed to be hard obtainable items and should require some grinding time. Im not 100% sure what you mean. If you want to have PvP cloaks tradeable for normal trades: This won't happen. PvP cloaks and any other item you can only obtain through PvP coins are supposed to be rewards for hard working PvP players and shouldn't be obtained through any other way. Regards Xylos
  18. Hey hydracus, transferring event or any other Pokémon to a other server is and was never possible. We offered already the option to change the main server with your account, but this option is currently not available. We give this option in irregular time intervals. Therefore I can not tell you when this option will be available again, but when it is, we will announce it on our forum Announcements or at our Official Discord server. Kind regards Xylos

This account you are writing from is not affected by the server merge, but in case you have a account which is, please check out what the merge is and how to merge properly with our Merge FAQ. Here a small quote out of it where is explained how to merge, in case you have a merge problem on a other account: Regarding the color bling version of PRO: We understand that it is unfortunate for you, to play a game which does not support a version for color blind persons, but the game is still in Beta and needs much more development. The implementation of a color blind friendly version is currently definitely not a prioritized feature. You can't expect such a version in the closer future, Im sorry for that. Kind regards Xylos
