Hey Dchen5618, you have to do a little quest line (again) before you can see the expected reporters. Talk to the TV and see that Latias, the blue Pokémon, is still roaming around. You have done that. Now, you have to hunt for Latias in the Hoenn region, Latias can be on ten different locations. Petalburg Maze in north eastern direction. HM01 Cut is required in order to access the maze and HM05 Flash is recommended as it is dark in there. [*]Devon Corporation 3rd floor. [*]Granite Cave. [*]Route 124 Underwater [*]Route 123 at the lake. [*]Shoal Cave in the ice room at low tide. [*]Mossdeep Gym [*]Sky Pillar 5th floor. [*]Victory Road Hoenn [*]Route 134, hidden behinde a rock. Please check this positions, if Latias really is on one of this positions, interact with it and fight it (It Mega evolves and is around level 100-120). => Return to Littleroot Town and see if you can see the reporters. Also, can you tell me if you have done this part already int he past? Let me know the result. Regards Xylos

Hey XuCian, I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Since you just started the Hoenn region and haven't much progress there, it may create a problem when I just teleport you. Can you remember which House you entered and what you did before? If possible, can you provide a screenshot of your game where you are stuck? Regards Xylos

Hey GDarch, I'm sorry for this inconvenience. When you talk to the TV in the Players House in Littleroot Town, what exactly does it tell you. It should mentions a color of the Pokémon, which one is it? I just want to make one thing sure before I contact a Content Scripter which will take a look at this problem. Edit: Also, latios can appear in the Petalburg Maze, not in the Viridian Maze. Can you please make sure if it is in the Petalburg maze? Regards Xylos

You can try to: Enter the Players House and interact with the TV In case you can choose a Latios or Latias here, pick the wished legi and leave the house => Check if the legendary appeared In case the TV will show 'nothing interesting', let it me know [*]Restart the client and re-enter the map [*]Enter the Players House, check if Jirachi appears there, interact with it and look if they appear now Let me know the outcome. Hey Sarangha, I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately we can not refund any lost item, Pokémon or game progress in general in a case of a rollback. Neither we can de-level your Pokémon to a previous level after a server crash resulting in a failed quest. Hey BabyPika, like notdino already stated, Boss Nikolas reward means that you can re-catch a legendary Pokémon when you didn't took the opportunity to catch it. For example for defeating the legendary running away get a dc due connection problems/server crash getting beaten from the legendary getting out of balls Keep in mind that deleting a legendary won't result in the opportunity to re-catch it after fighting Boss Nikola. Hey Hbuendia, I'm sorry for this inconvenience. May it possible that you have tried to revive a Shedinja? This is the Pokémon which can not be revived. Otherwise it should have been possible as you can only use for the Battle Boss no items - it may was a bug. In case it should happen again, could you provide a video or screenshots? With that our Content Scripter may be able to help you. As for any bug or rollback issue, we can unfortunately not refund any lost item, Pokémon or game progress in a case of a rollback. Hey DaraChan, I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Thank you for reporting this bug, I have forwarded it. However, maybe you already found out that you can avoid this bug pretty easily. Buying a single Pokéball before you buy a bunch helps to get rid of me - at least for me. I will keep you up to date regarding the fix of this bug. Regards Xylos

Hey Draka, like CyBeR54 already mentioned, you can not trade any Pokémon which is not from your current region till you own 8 badges of the region. However, there is still one thing which must be clarified: He was able to have this Pokémon in his team because of a bug. The reasons for this bug, stated in our Stuck Pokémon in Party topic, are: Therefore, he was never supposed to have this Pokémon. If he wants to have the Pokémon removed from his party he should check out the already mentioned 'Stuck Pokémon in Party' - topic, where are also more information regarding this issue. Unfortunately we can not reset any cooldown nor we can refund any lost item, Pokémon or game progress in general in a case of a rollback. The bug is known and will be worked on in future, but since it is a minor bug which is easy to fix with with a re-log, like how you did it, it is not necessarily a priority at the moment. Hey WraithKid, Dig spots have, like mentioned, a cooldown of 72 hours. You say this time already passed. In case only a few dig spots are missing, you may want to talk with the Explorer in Vermilion City Pokémon Center. He can reset all not working dig spots for you. The problem with random spawning Pokémon is, that we would need to do that for everyone, also in cases which aren't as clear as yours is. And indeed, since you haven't won, we couldn't do that anyway, no matter how high your chances were. A other part is, that this is connected with a huge amount of work. Its possible to get the seen data of those legendarys even before doing this bosses, as it was for you, yep. If you can skip Arnie and Maxie in this case - I'm not sure. I remember similar cases where a boss fight in order to get a seen data was needed. I recommend to use the intended to avoid any possible problems. Regards Xylos
