Hey @vongolajo, Im glad I could help. :) The requirements for Jirachi at the guide is updated to avoid prospective missunderstandings. However, you dont need to catch a legendary dog neither 750 or more hours to be able to catch Jirachi but you need the seen data of all three legendary dogs. Hey @TheLoneIrminsul, First of all I highly want to recommend you our A guide to PRO Discord guide which is explaining everything important about the PRO Discord Server and the very first steps on the Discord app at all. However, you can type this commands into the bot-commands channel for the server you play on. If done everyone can see that you are playing on the choosed server which can also help for announcements, server specific events and other things. Take a look at the linked PRO Discord Guide for more detailed instructions In this case you can choose a Discord role to make clear from which server you come from and to get server specific tag´s (You can tag special roles in Discord and have a extra notification which might be good to have for possible important information). You can also get a Member and a Member + role by writing some messages into the Discord chats which give you some extras like being able to post pictures. Hello @vongolajo, I apologize for the inconvenience. You are right, you are currently not able to catch Jirachi because you need the caught data of Mew and Celebi, and to be able to catch Mew and Celebi you need 350 or more hours played amongst some other things. For more detailed information regarding Mew and Celebi you can check this guide. The requirements for Jirachi seems to be not exact and will be updated soon. Hey @super3nino, when you evolve a specific Pokémon at the very first time it will count as a new evolution in your Pokédex and save this data in form of a star at the Pokémon´s Pokédex data - in your case a Nidoran_m into a Nidorino. Now, when you already have this evolution, you can evolve a other Nidoran_m but it wont count as a new evolution in your Pokédex data because you have already evolved this Pokémon. For new evolution encounters you need to find other Pokémon which you havent evolved yet and evolve them. A Pokémon which is already evolved has, like at the picture shown, a little star in your Pokédex. It is possible to own evolved Pokémon without a star (Trading), aslong they where evolved somewhere else, not at your account, they wont count as evolved Pokémon at your Pokédex and the star is not appearing. All in all your Pokédex is counting all specific Pokémon evolutiones but not multiple evolutiones at the same Pokémon. In case there is still something unclear or the Pokédex is not counting new evolutiones feel free to post a reply at this topic. I wish you a great day! Regards Xylos

However, please do not ask about the server status, your topics will be locked instantly! You can check the server status right here. Please stay patient in case of a server crash or maintenance. In case you can not connect to the servers and the server is online check out this thread and try to fix your issue, if done and you still can´t connect to the servers feel free to create a General Supporttopic. Hey @Ryanrix1991, Im sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunaly it is not possible to reset boss cooldowns or refund any items, Pokémon or game progress in case of a server crash, rollback or disconnect. When you think 10 minutes is not enogh time to beat a boss when you start the boss battle right before an maintenance countdown, feel free to post a suggestion in our Suggestions sub-forum with your solution. It seems like you havent caught Seel, you really need all Kanto Pokémon caught. Catch this Pokémon and try it again. Regards Xylos.

Then please check again if you really hit all requirements: Have 351 hours or more playtime. Have 71 or more evolved Pokémon. Have all possible Kanto Pokémon caught. (Mewtwo, Moltres, Articuno and Zapdos can´t be caught but you need their seen data!) Especially the caught Pokémon data is causing many issues, Prof. Oak will tell you how much Pokémon you have caught, you need 146 caught Kanto Pokémon, if you dont hit this number you are missing some Pokémon. And also keep in mind that you need the seen data of all Kanto legendarys. Let me knowe what happends. Regards Xylos

Hey @Naranjita, Im sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunaly we can not refund any lost game pogress in case of a server crash, restart or rollback. You can read more about that in Hit by a rollback?. When you think the ammount of time before a maintenance is not enogh to end PvP battles and save their pogress, feel free to create a topic in our Suggestion sub-forum and give us your reasons. Hey @super3nino, if you really have all requirements mentioned at the linked topic, try to talk to Prof. Oak at Pallet Town before you go to Celadon and ask for the Old Sea Map again. Let us knowe if it worked or you still cant get the Old Sea Map. Kind regards Xylos
