  4. Hey @Wartdog, Im sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately it is not possible to refund any lost Pokémon, items or game progress at all in case of a server rollback.   5. Hey @UnrulliTarulli, first of all, welcome to PRO! If you want, you can introduce you a bit in our Player Introduction and Partings - Aeria. :) But lets come to your questiones: You can level your Pokémon by batteling against wild Pokémon or trainer, there is no other way except Rare Candys which you may knowe already. You can also rebattle trainers by talking to them but they have a cooldown of 7 days (Gym leader and any other special fights are one time fights - its not possible to rebattle this ones). It may be a bit hard to level fresh caught Pokémon and raise them to the same strenght as your old Pokémon but the game is meant to be a bit harder and more grindy than the original. Keep in mind that you loose quite much exp when you switch your Pokémon in a fight. You also need much more exp when you evolve your Pokémon. The majority is evolving their Pokémon on the late 90´s because of that, but it is also possible to finish the game if they are evolved as soon as possible. The shiny rate is 1/8192 on wild Pokémon. Some bosses have a lower rate. If you want, take a look at this text written by @Neroli: Some boss rewards are also to 100% shiny, you can check here which ones. How long you need to finish the story of the game depends on your playing style, I cant give you a accurate information about that. It is also hard to say where the story ends and the lategame begins. After the story you still have many things to do like catching legendary Pokémon, finishing the Poké Dex, doing your underground train quest or hunting Pokémon for your PvP team. We also have some monthly events like the current Easter Event. You may need more game progress to participate at the connected egg-hunt event but dont worry, more events will follow. :D I hope I was able to answer your questiones good enough. :) Kind regards Xylos
  6. Hello @nscjr, Im sorry for this inconvenience. With the information you gave, it sounds like the server where crashed, came back up and you where caught in the ghost queue. In case of that you have to wait a moment before the game let you re-enter the server. This may be the reason for login issue. Nice to meet you, if you want you can introduce you a bit in our Player Introduction and Partings aeria. :) But now, lets come to your problem. The switch from server to server itself should not generate any problem, many players do that and often. The problem may be the server back then. Some times, mostly after a server restart, you are in a ghost queue, a queue wich occurs when many players try to log in at the same time and thats may be the reason why you could login to Blue but not to Red. However, in case the problem should still appear, let it me knowe by a reply at this topic, try also to give as much information about the issue as possible. Kind regards Xylos.

  12. Hey @Gyuy, to update PRO you have do download the new version of it, you can not update PRO with a click on a update buttom. However, before you download the new version at our Download page you should delete all old versiones to avoid any issues wich could occur when old versiones are on your device. You can also take a look at this guide wich is made for the installation of PRO on android devices. In case you should still have any issues regarding updating/installing PRO let it me knowe by a reply at this post. Kind regards Xylos.

  15. Hey @psikopatlaz53, have you started the Heatran quest? if yes, its normal that you dont have your Rare Candys at the moment. To get back your Rare Candys you have to catch/beat Heatran and talk to Buck after that who will hand out your Candys. :) Kind regards Xylos.
  16. Sorry for the late response, have your tried to download PRO on a other browser? Unfortunately you have to delete the old PRO version and download + install the new verion at our Download page everytime the games gets updated. Make sure to delete all previous PRO versiones to avoid any possible issues. Kind regards Xylos

  19. Hello @Syck, in the past there where no way to change your name, we made some exceptiones when user had inapproprivate names while they had already many hours of play time. However there may be a way to change your name soon, for that check out this post but right now there is no way to change your name. Kind regards Xylos.
  20. Hey @teddyweddy, Im sorry for inconvenience. Unfortunately it is not possible to refund your Master Ball like we can´t refund any other lost items, Pokémon or any other game progress. The bug occurs, like you already said, when you do not open your bag for a long time. Try to open the bag from time to time to avoid the bug. There is really nothing we can to in this case, Im sorry.
