  1. Hi SnivyX, sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. Pokemon Revolution Online doesnt have any virus' but some antivirus detect it as trojan, there is a simple method for playing PRO when you anti-virus flags it as a trojan: Disable your Firewall and Antivirus. Download PRO again. Add the entire folder to exceptions in your Firewall and Antivirus. With this done you should be able to play PRO again. If after following the above procedure you are still having trouble please let me know and I will continue to help you to the best of my ability.

  3. Hi Sansan, sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced. I tried to replicate the problem you had and found that if you submit your username more than once it will cause all but the final token to be expired. Please delete all emails you've received regarding changing you password and then try one more time and only click once and it should work. I am unsure if this is what you did but it's the only way I got an expired token other than actually using it. Once you've tried that if you still receive an expired token please let me know and I will continue to try and help you.

  5. Hi dude, while the trade logs show that they are returned I've looked into the pokemon and they are indeed still on the other person's account. I have passed this to the developers for them to transfer them back to you account. I will let you know when it is done.

Hi Lukhu, according to our logs you received this four Pokemon back just over an hour after you loaned them out, when you receive a loaned Pokemon back it goes into the last slot of your storage. Can you please check your storage, including using the search function, to check if they were actually returned like our record shows. If you do not have the Pokemon I will look deeper into this to see why you do not have them dude.

  9. Hi Lova, sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced. I can see that you used to play on red server, since you last played we merged blue and red server into silver server and yellow became gold. You need to go into your dashboard and merge your red and blue account in order to play on silver server, please make sure to select red server as your main if you wish to keep all the progress you made. More information on merging your account and how to do it can be found in this thread.   10. Hi Pphinks, I'm sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced. I've checked on tools and you have all the requirements but I believe I've found the problem. While you do have 38 evos one of them was Alolan Ninetales. As it doesn't have a dex entry yet as Alolan pokemon are not fully released I believe it hasn't registered that as an evo. I would suggest trying to evolve another pokemon and trying again. If after that you still cannot enter love island please let me know and I will check to see if there is any other reason you cannot get to the island.
  11. Hi TheRealMvp, As Monty mentioned you can only evolve them by trading and that you cannot trade until you've beaten the 4th gym and got the Rainbow badge. Because of this unfortunately there is no way for you to evolve those pokemon before you've got the 4th badge and will have to wait until afterwards.
  12. Hi dude, I have unmerged your account for you. You can now go into your dashboard and merge the accounts again. Please be sure to select blue as your main server and double check it before confirming the merge. If you have any more problems with it please let me know.
  13. Ok dude, I will unmerge your account soon and will post here when it is done. You will be able to trade after the unmerge, it is just before the unmerge that you cannot as we cannot unmerge accounts if they've done a trade on the server.

Also please note that staff are all volunteers, which means we do this in our spare time and may not reply as quickly as you may like and for this reason we allow people to bump their thread every 24 hours if they do not get a reply, so please, next time leave it 24 hours before bumping your thread.
  15. Hi usernamesagar, I'm sorry for the inconvnenience you've experienced. From what I can see is that you recently merged your old blue and red accounts. What I'm guessing you've done is selected red as your main server of which you had no progress on instead of blue. This means that you would have received all the items and pokemon you had on blue server but none of the game progression including the gym badges. What we can do is to unmerge your account seeing as you have not made any trades in Silver server so that you can remerge them and select blue as your main server so that you can get the story progression you had. Please note that if you make a trade on silver server before the unmerge is completed it will stop the unmerge and you'll be stuck with the account how it is. Would you like us to do that for you?
  16. Hi WanganComet, I apologise for the difficulty you are having. Pro doesn't need an app to open it, at least that is the case on the different Android devices that I've downloaded it on. There is a handy guide that explains what your device needs and how to install the game: https://www.pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/13611-url The guide can be a bit difficult to understand especially for those who do not understand English so well. There is a simple way to install it as shown in the video below, it is an old video but still works as I still use that process to download pro onto my phone (huawei honor 9) and onto previous phones a Samsung Galaxy A3 and S5. The only difference is that you go to https://pokemonrevolution.net/download and select the android download under other platforms. If after trying what is shown in the above thread and video you are still having trouble downloading pro onto your android device please let me know here and I will continue trying to help you.
  17. Hi, iRespeect, I can see from the screenshot you've provided that it is snowing, this happens after the zapdos & Moltres encounter so they shouldn't be on that island at that point. Have you tried continuing the story by speaking to Melody and then going to ice island?

Hi ZetLocrito95, the legendary birds have already been added to Nikola boss so you should be able to battle him (as long as he isn't in cooldown) in order to get the chance to rebattle the birds.   20. Hi Enigmalp, I can see that you've merged your accounts and it seems you chose Blue as your main account instead of Red. As you have not done any trades on silver server yet we can unmerge your account for you and allow you a second chance at merging the accounts so that you can get the account you want. I cannot unmerge it myself so have passed it on to the relevent staff members to do it for you. I would advise you do not make any trade on the silver server as that will automatically, and permanently, block the unmerge from happening.
  21. Hi ProjectTraver, Sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced with this. Can you provide me with some more information before I try to help you solve this issue: Have you played pro on this PC before? Does the game not load up at all, as in cannot access the log in screen? Does it go onto the log in screen but will not let you log in, if so can you tell me what it says when you try to log in? Have you tried running the game with your firewall disabled? Have you tried running the game in compatibility mode? Answering these questions will make it easier for me to help you resolve this issue.
  22. Hi Oflavio10, I apologise for the inconvenence you have experienced. There is a deleveling service we offer but it is only for pokemon that were accidentially not evolved like a level 100 charmeleon. There is no need to delevel a Clefable so unfortunatly we cannot delevel it for you. We are also unabled to de-evolve pokemon so unfortunatly we cannot make you Clefable a Clefairy again. With that said there is a way to get Clefairy's moves onto your Clefable. In the back room of daycare buildings is a pre-evo move tutor that will teach Clefable the moves Cleffa and Clefairy learn. To reach him walk through the door at the back of the first room of the daycare building circled in red in the image below. If you do not have the daycare building unlocked you can follow this guide to unlocking it.   23. Hi Buxum, You mentioned the symbols on the map info tab. The small pokeball means you have the owned data for the specific pokemon in your pokedex already and the little yellow symbol next to the Horsea in the image above means that the pokemon has a chance of being found holding an item. The white question mark means that you have not seen that pokemon yet and that it can be found on this map, the pink question mark means that you have not seen the pokemon yet and that it can be found on this map if you have a membership active. If there are anymore symbols that you've seen and are unsure of please let me know with a screenshot of the symbol and I will do my best to let you know what it is.
  24. Hi Masteryho, sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced with this. The two servers are seperate so while Gold may be up Silver can be down. Silver server was down due to technical issues when you tried to log in and was restarted not long after. It was just bad luck you tried to log in when it was down. This sometimes happens and it is usually not down for long when that happens. The developers are always working on improving the servers by fixing any issues that pop up and sometimes have to take the servers down to do this. When the server is taken down for maintenance the staff post in the official discord to let members know and post when it is back up too. If you are not in the official discord channel you can click on this link to join it: https://discord.gg/98pMNxq You can check server status on the discord by using the ^up command in the bots channel.
