Hi Analistapokemon, Apologies for the inconvinience you've experienced. Last year we went from 3 servers down to 2 and because of this we merged Blue and Red servers into Silver and Yellow became Gold. Because of this you need to merge your Blue and Red account before being able to play on Silver server. This is simple enough to fix and should not take too long. To merge your account you need to go into your dashboard found here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard/ When you log on to your dashboard you will see your account details and then silver and gold servers below it. On the silver server part you will see that it has merge is required next to where it says silver server as seen in the screenshot below. When you click on that you will get to choose whether to merge or split your accounts. To split the accounts you need 200 hours from both red and blue server. As you do not have this the only option you will have is the top option and to merge the two accounts. You will need to select which account you want as the main account. All money, coins, items, membership duration and playtime will be joined together from both accounts. If after merging your account you get a invalid username/password you will need to reset your password selecting an alphanumerical one. This does not always happen but is known to happen on occassion as the password may get broken and not work anymore. You can change your password in your dashboard, it is under account details on the main page. Hi, when you use coins to purchase a ms it will not automatically start, what it will do is to put a membership medalion in your inventory and you have to activate it manually. Please check your inventory to see if it is in there.

What you mentioned about levels is around the rule of thumb for gyms but it all depends on the team you're using. Sabrina is probably the hardest gym for the unprepared in Kanto because there are so few decent dark, bug or ghost pokemon available early on. You can catch both Gastly and Duskull at pokemon tower 7F. They are both relatively easy to train at Diglett's cave as they both have levitate. Once you've got their level up then go to seafoam as hahahaka suggested. Although be careful with Gastly as it has a psychic weakness. Another option is to catch a houndour or murkrow on route 7. As dark types they are immune to psychic damage. As hahahaka mentioned the best place for you to level right now is seafoam island, go to seafoam B4F, it has the highest level pokemon and also has a nurse joy ther who'll heal pokemon (for a small price) so it is a handy place to grind at your current stage in the game.

By shining items I'm assuming you mean adamant and lustrous orbs. If that is the case than they are the items you need to get the seen data for Palkia and Dialga. Please see the lake guardian section of the legendary megathread for a guide on what to do. As for how to leave Sinnoh, hahahaka already mentioned how, you take the ferry from Canalave, it's the ferry that also takes you to iron island so you'll have the choice of there or the previous regions.

Hi, please have a look at the legendary megathread as it shows the steps you need to take as well as the requirements you need to capture all the available legendary pokemon including Latios. Have you already done the quest for Jirachi and captured it as it sounds like you haven't? If you meet the requirements for Latios then the reporters shouldn't have been outside, only Latios on it's own. Like I said in the first sentence, have a read through the megathread and if you've done all the steps mentioned there and meet the requirements then please post back here and I'll try and help you figure out what the problem is.

Hi, have you enabled USB debugging and have any anti-virus software disabled? Not doing that can cause parsing issues. I do not have a discord for my staff account, only my player one so cannot get in contact by that means, would you be able to PM me on it?

Hi, please look at the how to install pro on android guide. When I filmed this guide I was doing it on a Samsung A3 so it shouldn't be too different from what you're using. If you're still having problems after following that guide please post here and I'll to help you solve the issue.

Hi, do you meet all the requirements to be able to get the legendary dogs? Do you have 750+ hours game time? Also did you battle the three legendary dogs at the respective locations? You can have them as seen in the pokedex from other locations but you need to battle them. You can find them at: Entai: Johto safari mountain zone (need rock smash) Suicune: Tohjo falls Raikou: Mt. Silver 3F If you've done that and have the hour requirement then please look through the legendary dogs section of the legendary megathread to make sure you've done everything needed for the quest. If you have then please reply here and I'll try to help you discover what is stopping you from getting the bell for your dog of choice.

Hi, can you give a bit more detail please. What were you trying to catch & where? Could you not select a pokeball to throw? Could you throw it and it just wouldn't catch the pokemon? Did it come up with a message? Do you have a full team and full storage?

Hi, unfortunately we cannot give you a refund in a case like this as it wasn't a bug and was a legitimate purchase from a NPC. Firstly, The transit passes are bought from a different NPC to the one where you pay for one time travel. Secondly, I would advise you to not spam click when interacting with the NPCs especially if you do not know what they say to avoid incidents likes this in the future. As for who would buy it, many players, myself included buy the transit pass as if you are a regular traveller between regions it saves a lot of money. The pass isn't just for the saffron/goldenrod train, it also allows you to use ferries and the rapid transit between pokecenters without having to pay the fee for however long the pass lasts for. I will lock this thread as we will not be taking action in this case and I wish you the best in getting your money back via other means.

Hi, unfortunately you do need rock smash to proceed but it can be obtained in Hoenn. You get it from Mauville House 2 (highlighted in pic below) for 5k each, alternatively you can also get the pickaxe item from the coin store which acts as rock smash and allows you to smash rocks without having a pokemon that knows the move.

Yes, if there are restrictions on the network then it can be the cause of you being unable to enter to game. In which case you'd need to speak to the network administrator to resolve the problem or if you are the administrator then you'd need to fix the restrictions so that it doesn't block pro.

It very well could be the anti-virus. Do you have an exception in the anti-virus for pro? If not can you try that to see if it works. If you do already than the anti-virus could be ignoring the exception. I had the same problem in January, after years of the same anti-virus it just stopped allowing me to connect to pro. I tried a multitude of things and in the end the only thing that worked was to delete the anti-virus and use a different one. I have seen a few cases where this has been the same for others as well. I had avast anti-virus and had to switch over to windows defender to fix the problem for me. Before doing drastic steps like that try adding an exception for the game or playing the game with the anti-virus turned off, hopefully that will fix your issue and you won't need to take the drastic steps I did. Also it very well may not be the anti-virus, are you playing on a work or school computer as they could've put something in place that ended up blocking your access?

Hi, did you try connecting to all three servers or just one? Sometimes the server status takes a little while to update and will show it as on when it has just gone down. It could also be an external influence that is stopping you from connecting such as your anti-virus software, have you created an exception in your ainti-virus for pro?

I'm sorry unfortunately we cannot do that as it wasn't a bug but a normal purchase between player and NPC and the price was clearly said in the NPC dialog. Your best bet if you do not want to keep the items and to build your money back up would be to sell them on trade chat. I'm sorry we can't do anything more.
