Hi dude, are you sure you merged the wrong server? I've looked through your variables and you've got them, not just for the lake trio but for the latis too. It's showing that you've completed both quests so there shouldn't be a problem, you should be able to get the others via mystery ticket.

Hi iTorkell, first off I am sorry for the inconvenience a server crash caused you. With all Legendaries if you fail to catch them for whatever reason you can catch them again. You need to battle and beat Nikola boss, when you do that it will reset a legendary so that you can catch it again. Information on Nikola boss can be found here. Nikola can be found in Unknown place which is in Trainer's valley, how to get there can be found here.

Hi KamiDunHat, when changing your password did you just use letters and numbers a to z and 0 to 9 or did you use symbols @#= etc. as well? When resetting your password you can type in symbols but the client does not recognise them and will tell you that you have an incorrect password so all password must only be alphanumerical. If your password is without symbols can you please provide me with a bit more information. When did you change you password? When was the last time you were able to log on successfully? Have you tried using a different device to log on?

Hi dude, I tried to type in your username and got the same message as you. Took it to management and they found the problem. I tried typing it with a capital S, they did it with a lower case s so you should have two emails for password reset, use the 2nd email you receive as the first one will have a dead link because a 2nd mail was sent.

Hi Auricia, happiness evolutions were recently changed so that if you didn't accept the evolution the first time(I'm assuming holding an everstone will class and not accepting) then it would stop asking you to evolve the pokemon. What you need to do is to lose some happiness (by having the eevee ko'd) then regaining the happiness, it will then come up with the evolution window.

It should come up with those messages once you've already got the message off Dawn and the TV. I will look at your variables when I get home to see if the quest has been initiated for you.

Do you have the id of these other 3 Pokemon?

Hi Rahz, unfortunately you will not be able to encounter the rest of the lake trio at Birth island as it uses the variables from the quest to determine if you have the pokemon or not, so you will need to redo the lake trio quest in order to able to get them with a mystery ticket. To redo the quest did you speak to Dawn at Professor Rowan's lab? We have a Legendary pokemon megathread which goes through all the quests for each legendary. If you have any problems with the quest please let me know and I will try to help you with it. If you can provide screenshots it would be easier as I can then see the issue myself.

Hi Eltrion, I'm sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. Recently we had a loan bug where pokemon where being deleted upon being returned. The issue was sorted but there are still the odd few cases where it happens and I'm sorry to say it has happened to you. I've checked our tools and the pokemon do not appear all. I will pass this issue on to the developers to fix for you and will let you know here when it is done. Again I am sorry for the inconvenience and we will try to get this fixed as quickly as possible.

Do not tell me your passwords but do the passwords only contain letters and numbers? If they contain symbols like: #[+ etc then the password will not work and you will have to reset it here. If that isn't the issue can you please provide me with a bit more information. Have you tried logging onto both servers at different time? What is the message that comes when you fail to log in? Have you tried using a VPN? When was the last time you were able to log in successfully?

That's good, you should be able to catch your chosen dog now although remember there isn't a guarantee it'll appear when you beat the guardian.

Hi Mistake92, is your dex correct because it is showing you have owned data for lugia? As for the dog quest you can get seen data for the dogs from several locations but to progress in the quest you need to beat them in set locations. To beat them in their locations you need to follow part one and two of the celebi quest, which can be found in Legendary pokemon megathread. Once you've done that you should be set to go for the dog of your choice.

Hi DevilGod, you can. As long as you have the requirement to trade (4th kanto gym badge) and you do not have a trade ban you can trade whatever pokemon you want between your accounts.

Hi dude, I've spoken to the spawn editor and he has informed me that certain pokemon will only appear in certain parts of the map. You can tell where the pokemon will spawn by the pokemon running around on the map. So for pachirisu, shroomish and buneary you will need to hunt in the area I've marked off on the map below If you try hunting for them in the patch of flowers at the bottom of the map then they will not appear. Where abouts on the map were you hunting for them?
