its called speed tie, it will depend on luck, if I understood you correctly, you mean if a timid gengar with 31 IV and 252 EV in speed VS a timid gengar with 31 IV and 252 EV in speed who will attack first in this occasion ? well this is called a speed tie with a random choice of who will attack first.

+1 !!! FInally this can resolve any kind of issues as buying players adding alts etc... and making the whole guild system more fair, I'd also suggest that 5 days are not enough, 15 could be ideal

Im facing non stop crashes in PVP without any reson, I've lost almost 100 ratings cause of this issue, why is it happening can you please state that its not secure to pvp or something in those instances ??

the thing is I faced an NPC once and it had volt switch and it was the only pokemon I was facing yet it was able to use volt switch freely, so i dont really know why its not coded for the players yet coded for the NPC
