  8. Hi NoxPM, 1. Our server only has so much information it can handle; our database is not infinite, which is why it's simply impractical to allow all users to create as many accounts as they wish. We'd like to have space open for everyone who wants to start playing PRO, and most players don't require more than four accounts to enjoy PRO. If we allowed people to create infinite accounts (to 'reset' for a good starter, for instance), we'd have a lot of unused data that would clog up our servers and restrict potential passionate players from starting their Pokemon journeys. 2. It would depend on the specific violation, and if any prior violations from the specific user were made; if you want details, please read our public Punishment Policy. We separate violations into severity categories with the potential punishments mentioned. I understand your apprehension about starting PvP, so to make sure you don't break any of the PvP Rules, please read up on the PvP Rules and Revamp of Bugged Moves / Abilities / Items not to be Used in PvP thread. If so, this is not possible for PRO Staff to do: Looking at our database, it appears you haven't released an Eevee lately, so if you're meaning for us to recover an Eevee you've released awhile ago, I'm afraid we cannot help you as the data would no longer be in our database. If you're speaking about recovering an Eevee that you've traded away and been scammed of from another player, please make a formal report in the Report Center; please read How to Report before doing so.   12. Hi Andruxs, That is because you didn't merge your Red and Blue account yet. However, I've gone ahead and done that for you as I can't make my last post any clearer, so try logging into Silver and tell me if you can log in now.

  14. Hi there, Your account data is safe. The Red and Blue server has recently merged to make up the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. Therefore, you will need to play on the Silver server if you wish to continue your Red server progress. You will need to merge game data files from both servers in order to play on the Silver server. Please note that even if you only played on one server, you will have to do the merge to remove the unused account from the server. You can do that on the dashboard. You have an option of keeping both accounts if you have 200h playtime on each save file. For more information regarding the merge, please read the Server Merge FAQ. Please note that some accounts will not be able to merge if you have more than 1000 Pokemon combined, or if you were banned on one of the servers; in this case, you will need to keep them as separate accounts. Hi GreatScoot, This is because you selected the wrong main server at the time of your merging process, therefore, your main character—as well as the story progress—was set to your Red Server progress. As you didn't have any progress on Red, it seems as though that some of your data was lost or missing, but this is not the case. I will submit a request to have your account unmerged, but please note that only a Developer has the authorization to do this, and they're quite busy, so it may take some time. In the future, please fully the read the dialogues and confirmation box before proceeding to avoid this issue. Kind Regards, Astraea.
