Before Metronome was coded(and still is not coded but due to the recent announcement on discord will be very soon hopefully) there has been no use for a Move Deleter as there was no reason to not have 4 moves on your pokemon. But with a move Deleter we can now have PRO metronome battles using clefable/mew which is just a fun thing to do and can have Tournaments around it. Make it the same price as a move re learner in my opinion

Cutiefly is currently not catchable atm, most gen 7 mons are only available from outbreaks/event area spawns

By event i mean it was distributed by Gamefreak at a certain event (prob a vgc one) maybe it was oras

its b/c chloro + weather ball is illegal (its not in gen 8 since venu learns it from tm) weatherball was a event move for a bulbasaur and all the bulbas that was given out was overgrow.

I feel like with excavations being so cheap that you can literally pay for them in a for a week (with some leftover) with just 1 dig patch run through that having any cheaper way of making of doing them would just be too good not to do when your doing excavations. You could make so much money off them by buying this pass and doing exca's everyday (not counting pokemon you catch along the way) I personally feel like excavations are very well balanced with profitable items/rare poke you can find, that adding something that just makes them better would ruin it.
