Kanto e4 doesn't require a legendary but the best thing to do if stuck is complete the mew quest in order to re level ur pokemon and take on e4 other that re rolling applies to actual legendaries and the quest g/l

Re Rolling ur ev ivs and nature will allow it to completely change the statistics of ur legendary

u might be facing the same problema as some of the others unown... maybe its easy to forget.

Are u confusing poke emerald with p.r.o. its actually gold not green.

Since i have mew from blue ur legendaries now transfer into the new server thats why it takes a while to merge

The merge applies to red and blue as silver yellow is now gold server so ur pokemon will merge into the new accounts as well as yellow such as legendariez
