Hi there ! I would like to inform you that this is happening because of a bug that was "transforming" all the Pokémon you were catching in Pokémon native of Kanto. So, if you were doing Johto/Hoenn/Sinnoh story, your pokemon caught would be all blocked into your team. I would like to inform you that the bug has been now fixed, but some Pokémon may be still stuck cause they were caught before that the bug has been fixed. There is nothing you can do about it, and downloading again the game won't help you. The only thing you can do is wait for a reply of PRO STAFF, that is really profressional and will surely help you to move them in your PC. This message serves just to inform you of what happend and is happening. Please, be patient until a member of PRO STAFF will reply, have a great day !

Hi there ! I would like to inform you that the new client should be released soon, but there is not an estimated time of arrival. You can keep an eye out on the #announcement channel of the OFFICIAL PRO Discord to be notified of when it will be released. For now, if you haven't tried it yet, you can try to do a clean install by following procedure and see if it helps for now. Delete PRO Client/Application (.rar /.apk included) Delete all the related/remaining files of PRO (e.g temporary files), you can use a free software like Ccleaner to do that in the easiest way Download the latest and most updated client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD PAGE If it didn't help, please be patient until the new client will be released and announced, as stated above. Hi there ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience you have exeperienced. However, i would like to inform you that PRO STAFF can't give you back any Pokémon that you encountered and killed cause, in my knowledge, a Pokémon obtain an ID only when it get caught and a bit of time pass or you relog. Furthermore PRO STAFF can just give you back the Pokémon that you mistakenly released after you caught them, and not the one you kill during a wild battle. In addition, the Spawn Editor has already stated that the Bulbasaur self-damaging moves will get fixed, but there is not an estimated time for when this will happen. When it will be fixed, an announce will be done in the OFFICIAL PRO Discord, so keep an eye out to be notified when this will happen. Hi there ! I would like to inform you that all the new PvE clothes are untradable, as stated in the UPDATE LOGS and in the OFFICIAL PRO Discord announcements. I would also remember you that those Items can be obtained, in change of PvE coins, by talking with the PVE Coin Master that can be found in the Battle Tower Entrace. However, there is no estimated time for when it will be fixed and the client released. Hi there ! With the latest update, there have been problems related to the visual bugs and, probably this may be another case related to that. Could you please try using the search bar in your inventory typing in "Blue Skull" and "Vampire Clothes"? Type them without the " ". Hi there ! Could you please delete the client and all the related remaining files and then download the most updated client from here PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD. To help to totally clean the device/pc/mac/etc from the remaining files, after deleting the client you can use a software like Ccleaner that will help you to delete the temporary files. Hi there ! Before downlaoding the new client, did you delete all the old files and client of PRO and delete any possible related file? If you alredy did it, there's nothing you can do for the moment. ___ However, i would like to inform you that this is a common bug and PRO STAFF is already aware of that. The new client, that will be released soon, should be able to fix this issue and a lot of other issues that have been found with the latest update. There is not a specific time for when it will be released, but you can keep an eye out on the #announcement on the OFFICIAL PRO Discord in order to be notified. Hi there ! I would like to inform you that PRO STAFF is aware of this issue and have already worked and found a fix for this. Servers were restarted yesterday to fix the but, but Pokemon caught before to this are still affected. A new client will be released soon to fix this problem. You can keep an eye out on the announcements on OFFICIAL PRO Discord to see where it will be released. If you have issues with Pokemon stuck in your team, as suggested by PRO STAFF, check this thread and follow what it says. POKEMON STUCK IN PARTY THREAD. Hope this can help, have a great day !

Hi there ! I would like to inform you that you can download the most update android client from here : ANDROID CLIENT DOWNLOAD As stated by the CC Fluffles in the other threads, make sure you've deleted your old PRO Files, cleared your application history and restarted your phone. In addition,in my knowledge, sometimes MEGA can't be reached by someone. However downloading the MEGA APP from the playstore and trying to download the game from there should help in those cases. Hope this can help, if it won't still go, let the staff know here. Have a great day ! -

I want to ensure you that it's just a visual bug and that your exp boost are in your inventory but you just can't see them, so you have not lost anything. Hi there ! Have you tried to check accurately in your account, inventory and if you moved it somewhere? Try to type its name in the search bar. However, the new client release that will be released soon, as stated by Xylos, should fix this bug. When the new client will be released, it will be announced it the OFFICIAL PRO Discord. When it will be released, and you will be able to download it, make sure to delete all old PRO versions before you download the new client. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, have a great day !

Please, download it and use that. About the servers, they are being restarted due to apply some fix and solve minor bugs in order to permit people to play the game. Remember that the game has just been restarted after the big update, so you may experience some bug. Hi there ! I would like to inform you that, as stated by Fluffles in the other threads the servers are offline/locked, and the discord channels locked, due to the Maintenance for the new update. Unfortunately, there is not an estimated time for when the servers will be online and so the channels unlocked. Furthermore, as stated on discord, there have been issues with the android client and PRO STAFF is already working on fixing them, and that's why an android client is not available yet. However, 30 minutes ago an announce has been made on the discord by the developer of the game, comunicating that all the bugs have been fixed and the new clients have now been released, but the servers are not online yet. You can keep an eye out in the #announcement channel of > OFFICIAL PRO Discord < to check when everything will be fixed and the servers online..
