ah...I have a weird situation. I was training a Sneasel to fight the new boss which require all pokes not higher than 50lv. But when I beat a poke, the exp was high enough for my Sneasel gaining 2 levels and now it's 50lv. So I need help from staff to evo it without going to 51lv. there is good place for def ev training, route 113 no rocks, +2 ev pokes are common check it out
