Houndoom won't use electric move to Seaking they intentionally make that we have to beat her first pokemon with whatever way then use lightning rod ability Seaking to sweep the rest her second pokemon Machamp will use thunder punch to Seaking for Mega-Metagross, this is my recommended set of Seaking ability: Lightning Rod nature: modest iv: only require spatk iv 26+, the rest are not matter moveset: surf, ice beam, rain dance, agility holding item: mystic water (can be bought from Johto Azalea Town shop for 2k) when facing Machamp, keep using agility to wait for spatk raising 6 stages then use rain dance when the spatk is max sweep with surf unless the opponent is weak to ice move
