Hello there, @Creeper77 Unfortunately, Silver server crashed and was down for some time earlier. Though as you may know, it is already back up now. In future my best advice is to join the Official PRO Discord and ask about server status in our #general channel or using the command "^up" in our #bot-commands channel. Additionally I would like to add that you can also check this kind of info on the newly released DASHBOARD. I hope these suggestions can help you in future. Good luck.

Hello there @Coono, I'm not sure if there's a means to refund you back the PvE coins. That is down to staff. However, I would like to give you an alternative. As you now already know PvE coin items cannot be traded amongst players. However each month certain PvE coin items become tradeable. My solution for you is to wait till the Metagross mount becomes tradeable amongst players. To find out information about next month's tradeable items I recommend joining the Official PRO Discord, then staying tuned to its #announcements section. I would also like to add that, these months PvE tradeable items are: You can also take a look at the Official PRO Wiki's Page regarding PvE Items/means of earning coins, it can accesed from here. Hello there, @Villector Remove the Fire Stone from Growlithes held item slot, go back into your bag and like you did with the rare candy, click on the Fire Stone instead and Click on Growlithe. His evolution should work then. If this still doesn't work hopefully an ingame staff member can help you out.

Perhaps this might allow you to login into the game, if so there is a link here. If this doesn't help, are you sure you have the latest up to date client? The current clients name is called Xmas19 Edition, which can be viewed top left of the login screen. You can try and resintall the new client from here.

Hello, @freezygeek This is the way it's actually meant to be, you must complete this part of the story without leaving the Area. Unfortunately I understand it's a little difficult though, you can always borrow some Pokémon from other players to help you, here is the trade zone subforum so you can check out some rental shops. Aswell as this, make sure to stock up on healing items, this will be useful.
