So I was thinking about the World Quest and how it works, recently I've seen a few world quests being failed. I was thinking of a reassurance clause for some players who get 3% of the total IVs which in return once the World Quest is completed then 2 tickets will be given, you have to understand this is alot of time spent and it's very disheartening not getting the 2 tickets becuase the whole server failed the quest, so I suggest a sort of compromise where even if failed, those with 3% of the total IVs will still get 1 ticket, rather than the 2. However this is just my opinion on the matter and some will agree or disagree. I hope others agree to this and hope the Dev's/CS would implament this awesome change. Hey there, @DILOO After you have beaten the 1st gym in Hoenn, you must go ahead towards Rusturf Tunnel, north east of Rustboro City and Resuce Peeko. After recusing Peeko, head back to Rustboro Gym and outside there is a scientist looking NPC, speak to him first then speak to Mr. Stone in Devon Corp who will give you the letter. Once receiving the letter speak to Steven in Granite Cave this should then allow you to access the gym. Make sure to read the HOENN STORY GUIDE if you need visual help. Hello there, @FabiojouYT Can you please go to the Bell Tower located in Ecruteak City. Which is this building shown in the image below: [spoiler=Bell Tower] Once in the building head you will be in the map Bell Tower Barrier Station 1F, head down the stairs to Bell Tower Station B1F defeating all the Sage's there and going into the next room the Bell Tower. In the Bell Tower the Legendary Beast's should be running around like in this image below: Interact with them and they should run away. After they have run away, find all the beasts data in their respective places for any Legendary Quest regardless if you already seem to have their data in the dex as they will not count for the Legendary Quest's as data for them can be acquired from Bosses or PvP. These are the places to find them in: Then speak to Scientists Ray again in the Bell Tower. Hey, @Bash I had spoken to a content scripter who had asked Walross regarding losing a Legendary Pokémon on Birth Island once. I was told that the player will get a chance of spawning the missed out Legendary again via Birth Island if they have not yet caught it. So as long as the Pokédex does not register that you have caught said Legendary for example Raikou in this circumstance, there will be a chance of you having Raikou again on Birth Island. Hey there, @Samurai Clefable should be able to learn Soft-Boiled from the tutor in Celadon City. It will cost 15k. I suppose you're using the TM right now for it but unfortunately it won't work for Clefable. You can see how a Pokémon can learn a specific move using a Website such as Pokémon Database (Keep in mind we use Gen 7 learnset in PRO) and using the Reborn Bot to see where a TM/Tutor is located by using the command ^info movename. Hello there, @Boghald Unfortunately, Xatu cannot learn Baton Pass in this game. As this game uses Gen 7 Mechanics when it comes to learnsets, Xatu cannot learn it in Gen 7 hence being unable to learn it in PRO. I assume you looked at its Gen 8 learnset where yes it can learn Baton Pass, however in future, you can use a Website like Bulbapedia or Pokémon Database to see a Pokémons learnset per Generation. Hello there, @Hivehus There was a server merge which had occured during your hiatus from PRO. The old Red and Blue servers have merged to form what is now Silver and Yellow server was renamed Gold server. Assuming you played on Red or Blue you will need to merge your account. If you click this link it will bring you to the ?dashboard where you can merge. In regards to the merge you can read more about it here. Additionally I would like to add that when you login, you may get an error saying incorrect password or username. So then you will have to reset your password which can be done here (Do this after the merge only if it gives you that error). Hope this can help, have a great day!

Hello @killertazz There will be a way to respawn Kyurem. If you challenge and defeat Boss Nikola, the Boss will be able to restore the Kyurem for you in the place where Kyurem can be caught after completing its Quest. If you do not know where Boss Nikola is situated, he can be found in the Unknown places located in Trainers Valley, you can see how to access trainers valley by looking at this guide here, you can view the directions of getting to Nikola Boss here and finally you can view his lineup here. Hello there, @GForceD As you've mentioned you can't use it in Sinnoh I'll assume you've already been to Sinnoh. Thus the Aqua/Magma members will not be there as you have already encountered them when you went to challenge Nova in the Power Plant so you can skip a few bits of the guide etc. Additionally I would like to add maybe you did do the quest but I do not know how long your hiatus has been as a couple of years ago the Teleportation Quest got reset for some players. So you would need to do parts of the quest again. You can always use this guide to retrace your steps, here. Also I would have said the best place to ask is either in General Support or Bug Centre. Hello there, @Pokeymon To answer your concern, not all Pokémon caught from Birth Island will have Hidden Ability. This change was implemented on 14th September 2019, reasons being in PROs Meta not all H.A. is Useful on specific Pokémon. To Server Transfer: •Login into the Dashboard •Go to where the tools are located and select server transfer. [spoiler=Tools] [spoiler=Server Transfer ] •This will then give you account data information and the option to server transfer. It is free for the first time and will be free every 30 days from the last transfer. If you wish to transfer more times in 1 month it will cost the player 100 coins each transfer. Fortunately for your friend, there will be a way to respawn Manaphy. If your friend challenges and defeats Boss Nikola, the Boss will be able to restore the Manaphy for them in the place where Manaphy can be caught after completing its Quest. I won't be able to see which you're missing, I'm not staff but take a look at the Legendary Megathread and Jirachi Quest's Wiki Page. To see where to gain seen data of these Legendary Pokémon in their exact location just incase you didn't acquire them in which the guide told you. I also would suggest you thoroughly look through your Pokedex to see if you have caught every Kanto, Johto and Hoenn Pokémon including Mew + Celebi. As well as any other of these requirements:

If you do have all the following requirements, I assume your issue derives from you not obtaining seen data for certain Legendary Pokémon in the places requested? As you can get their seen data for example from PvP and even Bosses. If you have not gained their data from these places I suggest you look at the Legendary Megathread or Jirachi Quest's Wiki Page. If you do have the data from these exact places shown in the links and are still facing any issues then I hope a member of staff can help resolve your issue. Hello there, @juferfr To access the Magma Hideout which I assume you mean the one located in Fiery Path you would have needed to accquire the Red Orb from the Elder on Mt. Pyre. If you have completed it already and it says the Elder has told you that they have given the Red Orb to you are still unable to enter the Magma Hideout. I advise you go and speak to the Elder located at the end of Mt. Pyre again. I see alot of people with this issue from my time on Discord and when they have gone to speak to the Elder again, they were then able to access the Hideout. If you still get the issue once you have spoken to the elder again on top of Mt. Pyre then I hope someone might be able to help. Hope this works for you, have a great day.
