Yes it does. The faster pokemon sets up weather and its immediatelly overwritten by slower ones weather. Yeah, thats the original mechanics. Do explain in detail about the issue.

This literally never happened.

There are a few (1 or 2) major reasons behind the game continuesly crashing rather frequently. Which i cannot say due to the possibly of it being exploited to a certain degree in order to increase this rate. But the fact that they are known is a starting point to fixing those issues. NPC script crashes are rather rare occurances, in which they're easily fixable in such occasions. Ofcourse we can't always hide behind the mask of BETA. But considering that we are still in early beta in comparrison, those issues are not that rare in fanmade games. All we can do is to be patient :)

only 600 and below base stat legendaries will be obtainable to players. Other will be seen data only (I.E. Lugia, Giratina, Groudon) Reason behind this is making legendaries, well.. legendary. Not a pokemon that you'd see on every 4 person out of 10 players.

This is too exploitable. How : Player waits for the reset timer, challenges all bosses an hour or two prior to the reset timer, after reset challenges bosses again. Nope, not happening.
