However, you can expect it within the next year (that being 2016) As for your question : Not all Sinnoh pokemons are catchable at the moment, aside from a few that can already be found in the wild, will have more variety when their respective region is implemented.

It has nothing to do with the game, random crashes are expected to happen in an early beta stage. Crashes are not scheduled, simply technical diffuculties.

Those move are not banned, simply not yet implemented. Nor they are highly prioritized within developement plans. Ultimately every move and ability will be implemented eventually.

I'm affraid rollbacked items cannot be refunded. However, those items can be re-obtained. Macho Brace can be found via dig spots or from the NPC that trades you a machop with macho brace on it.

If you wish to report a player for bad trading, report them through Report center for proper punishment, publically shaming or putting up awareness to weed out those players is not the way to do.
