No, giratina cannot be obtained. Only certain players can have legendary, either being staff or those whom have won it from an event. What you see there is my player account.

This is not a bug, krookadile was missing the ability "intimidate", once it was implemented, all krookadile's abilities were set to the ones they were meant to have. In your case, it was intimidate.

I would, language support to the game's storyline will never happen. Some features will recieve language support (such as options and other features) but the gameplay, storyline and npc dialogs will remain english.

We may or may not have enchanced mechanics for PvP with different methods to make it more appealing. However, it will not be like this. PvP battles will never influence exp or ingame currency.
