As someone who buys and sells alot of Pokémon, this would affect me not at all. I rarely bother to quick flip any more as I have enough cash to sit on pokes for abit now. The people this will effect: People with less networth for whom the quick trading of pokes allows them to either gain money or correct mistakes with little funds. The ev training/lvling market.
